Deleting your account schedules it for permanent removal in 30 days. Log back into the app within 30 days to cancel. After that, you lose:
- Your audiobooks. Every title you own, with no refund
- Any remaining listening time
- Your listening progress in every book
- Your items, talents, and experience
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in the Google Play app. We cannot reliably do it for you.
Some records survive deletion: payment and subscription records, which we keep to meet tax and accounting obligations and because an app store may raise a refund or chargeback afterwards, and monthly listening totals per title, which we keep because deleting them would alter author royalty statements for periods already paid. To ask exactly what we still hold, email legal@voxtome.app.
